Cleaning of color rinsing waste

in combination with flocculent medium and the container drainage system
(CES)
Remark: The same procedure is possible also with other kinds of washing
up sewage, e.g. with glue washing up sewages.
Color rinsing waste water, which be caused by cleaning color recovery
systems, application systems or flood systems cannot run into the sewer.
This color rinsing waste water can be treated by flocculent medium in a
good way, provided that the share of color is not more than 5Vol%.
Otherwise the color rinsing waste water have been thin with city water
filtrate.

phase 1
Give into the color waste water, wich is filled into a
bucket, in a hobox or in a small 60 l barrel the fissure medium: per 20
l one good filled measuring cup.

phase 2 Immediatly after throwing
splitting powder stir with a drilling machine and a color agitator.
Needing a high speed you have to stir 1-2 minutes so that the active
substance will share out in an optimal method. Fine color flocculent
leave for 5 minutes, then stir the water in a short way. Now you can see
the color flocculent and the clear water. If the water will be not clear
you do the same process once more. If a small dip pump with a float
switch was placed into the filtratebasket, it will be not needed to
clear the flitratebasket manuall.

phase 3 Using the CES-System Putt he filterbasket on
the filtratebasket, place a filter into the filterbasket and turn it
over the margin of the filterbasket. Now pour the flocculent water into
the filterbasket. The clear water will be collected into the
filtratebasket. After consultation with the authority the clear water
can be run back into the sewer. The flocculent sludge will be collected
into the filterbasket. If it is dry it can be dispose with the water
disposal. |
